The Tiny Town of Altoona

As I mentioned in my last post, I recently visited my grandma in her tiny home of Altoona, Iowa. One day, I hopped on my bike with my camera and rode to main street. The street proudly flaunts its small town, Midwest feel  with farmers' co-op silos, water towers, Victorian houses, gazebos, and hanging baskets lining the streets. It was a lovely, photo-taking evening. The lighting was gorgeous, and the setting perfect, so I snapped away and came home with some beautiful photos.

  1. Lovely photos (again) Eliza. Like your composition and the depth of field you were playing with.

  2. Again, these are simply AMAZING. You make ordinary things look extraordinary. Thats something not everyone can do.
